Privacy Notice
REQUIRES OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW. This notice is prepared for owner review. The legal entity, jurisdiction, contact details, processing arrangements and retention policy must be confirmed before online enquiries are enabled. Online enquiry delivery is disabled until that review is complete.
Who is responsible
ORA Tech Solutions is responsible for the enquiries handled through this website.
Privacy contact: privacy@oratech-solutions.com.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, email address, service interest, project context and optional timeline. Please do not include passwords, payment information, customer records, medical details or other sensitive information. We use enquiry information to understand your request, reply and discuss possible work.
Local project briefs
The separate project-brief tool prepares text in your browser. It does not submit that text or save it to an ORA server. A downloaded copy stays on your device until you delete it. Closing or reloading the page clears the form's in-memory state.
Delivery and website protection
When online enquiry delivery is enabled, the form is processed on the hosting server and sent through the configured email provider. The enquiry configuration uses Netlify for hosting, Resend for email delivery and Upstash for short-lived abuse-prevention counters. Our application does not intentionally write enquiry content to server logs.
Abuse protection uses keyed hashes of an IP address and email address, with counters that expire after 15 minutes. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own security and delivery records under their agreed service terms. No advertising pixels are included. Optional analytics, if approved and enabled, loads only with your consent as described in the cookies notice.
Purpose, access and retention
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and discuss services. Access should be limited to people handling those responsibilities. It is not used by this website to enroll you in marketing messages or sold to advertisers.
The enquiry retention plan is to review enquiries at or before 90 days and delete information no longer needed, unless a continuing engagement or applicable record-keeping obligation requires it. The owner must apply this policy to the receiving inbox and provider accounts as well as any exported records.
Service providers and international processing
Hosting, email and security providers process information needed to perform their services. The owner must confirm provider contracts, processing locations and any required international-transfer arrangements before enabling the live form. Any additional CRM or analytics integration requires an updated notice.
Your questions and choices
If a verified location map is available on the contact page, it connects to Google only after you choose Load Google Maps. Google then receives your IP address and browser information and may use cookies under its own privacy terms. You can hide the map again; your choice is not saved. Opening a Google Maps or directions link also visits Google. Calling or emailing us uses your chosen phone or email service.
You can choose not to submit an enquiry. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, or to object to certain processing. Contact the privacy address above to raise a request. The applicable legal bases, supervisory authority and complaint route must be confirmed for the operating entity and its audiences before launch.
